I have been discussing the use of personas in our digital marketing as a way to continuously test new activities against prospective customers. The more I read, the more discussion I find on this an it would seem that this is common practice but yet there appear to be few websites actually deploying this ...
What I can find very little about is the use of personas to creat the selling and relationship faces of the company through separate image agendas.
